  • Open Path Collective - Non-profit directory of mental health providers who offer sliding scale ($40-70) 

  • Outside In - Mental health and substance use services for young adults (no one is turned away for lack of funds)

  • Returning Veterans Project - Free mental health (and many other) services to veterans who served after 9/11/2001, active duty service members, and family members that have been impacted by military service

  • Rose Haven - Day shelter and community center specifically serving women, children, and gender-diverse people in the Portland area; Services include advocacy, wellness, children’s services, classes & support groups
